In mnemonic, customer success starts when we first meet with the customer and never ends. Therefore, we can offer a wide variety of tasks and varied workday. The team is international and we are looking for people in multiple geographies, hereunder Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands.
What you will do
▪️ Build and maintain trust-based relationships with our customers.
▪️ Be a go-to resource for knowledge of our managed services.
▪️ Understand customer objectives and challenges, act as a trusted advisor and ensure our customers reach their security goals.
▪️ Respond to customer requests.
