In this role, you will be responsible for planning production and budgets, ensuring that production targets and key performance indicators are achieved. You will manage the daily operations of the hatchery, including recruitment, training, and development of the team. A key part of the role is maintaining high standards for fish welfare, smolt quality, and site safety, while ensuring compliance with permits, company policies, and best practices. You will oversee quality assurance and production reporting, as well as coordinate with suppliers and technical partners to secure efficient and successful operations.
