    Job description

    In this role, you will take ownership of compliance oversight, ensuring that AK Jensen Norway AS meets all regulatory requirements while aligning with the broader group’s compliance framework.

    As Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for leading and strengthening our compliance function, ensuring that our operations align with regulatory expectations and best practices.

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    ◾️ Proven experience in compliance within financial services, preferably within asset management, hedge funds, or investment banking.

    ◾️ In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including Norwegian financial regulations and Finanstilsynet requirements.

    ◾️ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance regulatory compliance with business objectives.

    ◾️ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

    ◾️ A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of driving compliance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
