    Job description

    As the HSEQ Manager, you’ll be instrumental in steering Axess Group’s Quality, Health, and Safety (HSEQ) performance in line with company objectives and regulations. You’ll craft and uphold the HSEQ strategy, fostering global governance and robust management systems. Your role extends to nurturing a strong HSEQ culture, embodying our core values. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, you’ll deliver HSEQ performance reports to stakeholders. Your expertise will provide strategic and operational guidance to Group Management on all HSEQ matters.

    The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and demonstrate a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience. This experience should include leadership roles within a global corporate environment, with a strong emphasis on operational and commercial expertise.

    The candidate should have a proven track record in managing systems, processes, and governance frameworks to drive organizational success. Additionally, they should exhibit a structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to balance strategic vision and attention to detail. Flexibility to work across different time zones and a willingness to travel to Axess’ worksites and offices worldwide are essential for this role.
