As an Executive Search Consultant, you’ll take the lead in managing high-impact search assignments across the Life Sciences industry. From identifying and assessing top candidates to advising clients on market dynamics and hiring strategies, you will be involved throughout the entire search lifecycle. You’ll also play a key role in business development—building long-term client relationships and generating new mandates through your market expertise and consultative approach.
You are familiar with the complexity of leadership hiring in regulated, competitive industries. Your network gives you access to key decision-makers and talent across Europe, and you understand the nuances of executive communication and candidate assessment. With full ownership of your projects, you’ll collaborate with a strong internal team while maintaining autonomy and client trust.
