    Job description

    We are now looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to help lead the way as we become a more data-driven and insight-led organisation. You will be responsible for setting and executing our data and analytics strategy, making sure data becomes a key enabler for innovation and operational improvement across Glamox.

    As Head of Data & Analytics, you will lead a skilled and motivated team working across data engineering, reporting and analytics. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases, improve decision-making in areas like production, logistics and finance, and ensure our cloud-based data platform is scalable, secure and business-relevant.

    You will take ownership of data governance, quality and best practices, while also driving the exploration of new technologies, use cases and advanced analytics. You will collaborate with product teams to explore the value of IoT data from our connected lighting and sensor solutions.

    This is a role for someone who combines strategic direction with hands-on leadership, enjoys working across teams, and is passionate about using data to drive real business value in a fast-moving, international environment.
