    Job description

    We are looking for a driven product lead for our Light Management Systems (LMS) offering for Marine and Offshore Wind. Smart lighting systems (combining sensors, communication protocols and control logic) are quickly becoming the de facto standard offering from Glamox. These systems, commonly referred to as LMS, provide far richer capabilities in adapting lighting to users, optimizing energy, remote monitoring and more.

    As Product Manager for Light Management Systems (LMS) in Marine and Offshore Wind, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision and translating it into a clear, actionable roadmap. You will lead key product development initiatives and work closely with the broader LMS team to ensure alignment across Glamox’s portfolio and strategic direction.

    A central part of the role is to understand customer needs and market dynamics by engaging directly with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also support sales enablement efforts, helping to shape the product story and increase adoption of LMS solutions in the MOW segment.
