Job description

As Head of Business Control, you will lead the Nordic controlling function, collaborating closely with the leadership teams in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, driving process optimization, and ensuring sustainable growth across markets. Reporting directly to the Nordic Managing Director Finance & IT, you will serve as a key strategic partner in shaping our long-term success.

In this role, you will oversee the development of the Nordic business controlling function, ensuring that strategic decision-making and process improvements align with business goals. You will collaborate with leadership teams to provide data-driven insights that support sustainable growth and foster cross-functional improvements. Additionally, you will manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes across the Nordics, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
