Job description

In this position, you will assist senior management by coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally. You will also manage day-to-day office operations, making sure our Oslo office remains a welcoming and efficient workspace. As you grow into the role, you will take on additional responsibilities, including creating presentations, content for internal communication, and conducting analyses that support business decisions.

Your proactive approach and ability to spot opportunities for improvement will be valued, as you’ll play an important part in enhancing office efficiency and collaboration within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to grow alongside us.
