    As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a crucial part of the sales team, working directly with potential customers to understand their needs and showcase how Quinyx can add value to their business. You will design tailored solution strategies, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales team with technical expertise. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Product, R&D, and Professional Services teams, providing valuable input for product development while also managing RFI/RFP submissions and security questionnaires.

    We are looking for a dynamic communicator with strong influencing skills, particularly when engaging with C-level executives. You have experience diagnosing complex business challenges, leading solution design processes, and working within Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, or other SaaS platforms. A strong technical aptitude, curiosity for innovation, and fluency in Norwegian are essential for this role.
